Return policies are subject to the terms of the direct supplier from which the product was
shipped.
KINKO coordinates all return processes with its suppliers and, in the case of an approved
refund, will notify the customer through three digital channels:

Customers can initiate a return or refund request in two ways:

2. By submitting a request independently via KINKO’s digital return management system.

● The option for live human support whenever needed.
● Continuous monitoring, analysis, and improvement of all customer interactions.
Customers can reach KINKO via email or directly through the company’s official WhatsApp channel.
The KINKO team is committed to providing fast, transparent, and personalized assistance across all digital support platforms.
CJDropshipping: Up to 30 days from delivery (for defective or incorrect items only).
● DSERS: Up to 15 days from delivery (unused items in original packaging).
● Trendsi: Up to 30 days (subject to supplier’s prior approval).
viaGlamour (Beauty): Information will be provided by KINKO support. Response from this supplier may take up to 7 business days.
● Refunds will be processed after receiving approval from the supplier or shipping company and once the returned item (if required) is received
● Items that do not meet the required conditions (worn, washed, missing original packaging or tags) may be rejected.
● Return shipping fees, if applicable, will be communicated by KINKO support in accordance with the supplier’s or carrier’s policies
● Coupons can only be applied at checkout.
● Default: one code per order, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
● Coupons are valid for a limited time and may be subject to minimum order amounts or
additional terms.
● KINKO reserves the right to cancel or modify coupons/promotions at any time.
● KINKO is not the manufacturer of all products listed on the website and relies on the warranty and policies of its suppliers.
● At the same time, KINKO produces part of its products in-house and provides full
customer support for all products sold — whether produced directly or through third party suppliers.
● KINKO will make every effort to assist, mediate, and resolve any issue or dispute, whether related to suppliers or in-house production.
● No warranty is provided beyond what direct suppliers offer.
● KINKO shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from product use, defects, or delays beyond its control.
● All suppliers and factories working with KINKO comply with international quality
standards and undergo periodic quality control inspections to ensure the highest standards.
All prices are displayed in three currencies: US Dollar (USD), Israeli Shekel (₪), and Euro (€).
KINKO operates under a full DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, according to supplier agreements — whether for in-house production or indirect sales. This ensures a transparent shopping experience and eliminates unexpected costs or additional taxes for customers whenever possible.
However, in certain cases, local taxes may still apply beyond KINKO’s control,
depending on the destination country’s automatic tax regulations.
KINKO is committed to updating customers of any policy changes across all digital
communication channels to maintain transparency and up-to-date information.
