KINKO works with three fashion suppliers in China and one supplier in Canada, and all
delivery times are subject to their policies:
The return policy is subject to the policies of the direct supplier from which the item was shipped.
KINKO will coordinate the process with the supplier, and in case of a refund, will confirm and update the customer through three digital channels:

● 📱 WhatsApp
● ✉️ SMS
There are two options to initiate a return/refund request:

2. Submit a request independently through our accessible and automated system (coming soon).
KINKO is currently developing an advanced service system via WhatsApp, which includes:
● AI-powered chatbots.
● A comprehensive FAQ database.
● The option for human agent intervention when necessary.
● Monitoring, control, and continuous improvement of responses.
Customers will soon be able to contact us directly via WhatsApp in addition to email.
KINKO’s support team is committed to providing solutions and alternatives through every digital channel available.
CJDropshipping: Up to 30 days from delivery (defective or incorrect items only).
● KakaClo: Up to 15 days from delivery (unused items in original packaging).
● Trendsi: Up to 30 days (subject to supplier’s prior approval).
● viaGlamour (Beauty): Information will be provided upon inquiry to KINKO support.
Response from this supplier may take up to 7 business days.
● Refunds will be processed only after approval from the supplier or shipping partner and after the product is returned (if required).
● Items not meeting the conditions (worn, washed, missing original packaging/tags) may be rejected.
● Return shipping fees, if applicable, will be communicated by KINKO support according to the supplier’s or shipping company’s policy.
● Coupons can only be applied at checkout.
● Default: one code per order, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
● Coupons are valid for a limited time and may be subject to minimum order amounts or additional conditions.
● KINKO reserves the right to cancel or modify coupons/promotions at any time.
● KINKO is not the manufacturer of all the products displayed on the site and relies on
supplier warranties and policies.
● At the same time, KINKO produces some products in-house and provides full support for all products displayed on the site — whether produced directly or via third-party suppliers.
● KINKO will act to assist, mediate, and provide solutions in the event of disputes or
issues, whether with suppliers or in-house production.
● No warranty is provided beyond what direct suppliers offer.
● KINKO shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from product use, defects, or delays beyond its control.
● We work only with suppliers and factories that comply with international quality
standards and conduct periodic quality control checks.
● All prices are listed in USD.
● Prices may change due to supplier updates or currency fluctuations.
● Import taxes, customs duties, or local VAT may apply depending on your location —
these are the customer’s responsibility.
All content on the KINKO website (logos, product images, graphics, text) is the property of KINKO or its partners and may not be used without prior written consent.
