Return Window

You may submit a return request within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

Once approved, you’ll receive a shipping label and instructions by email

Refunds are issued within up to 10 business days after the item arrives at our facility and passes inspection.

Return Eligibility

KINKO follows the policies of its suppliers — both direct and indirect — and is committed to providing a complete resolution for any fault, delay, or mismatch

  • Returns are accepted for Defective, damaged, or worn items
  • Items received in poor/incorrect condition
  • Orders not received
  • Items canceled or out of stock

KINKO Full Responsibility

Whether an item comes from an indirect supplier or from KINKO directly, KINKO takes full responsibility to the customer and will liaise directly with the relevant supplier to ensure a complete, fair, and speedy resolution.

We will always offer the best available solution — refund, replacement, or a suitable alternative because our customers are always first.

Sale items / Gift cards

Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

Hazardous/flammable materials

Items that are opened, worn, used, or not in their original condition/packaging.

Refunds

After the returned item arrives and passes inspection

We’ll notify you whether your return is approved or rejected

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days

Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer

Refunds are initiated only after supplier approval — however, KINKO remains fully responsible to the customer and manages the case end-to-end until a complete resolution is provided.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please submit a return via the online system.

Once approved, place a new order for the desired item/size.

This is the fastest and most reliable method.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing reason, provided the item is unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
