💰 Refund Methods

Once your return request has been approved by the KINKO support team and the relevant supplier, you may choose one of the following refund methods:

💳 Refund to Original Payment Method
The refunded amount will be credited back to the same credit card, debit card, or payment method used for the original purchase.

👛 KINKO Wallet Credit
The refund amount will be added to your personal KINKO Wallet for future use on our website, with no expiration date.

🎁 Digital KINKO Gift Card
Receive your refund as a digital KINKO gift card, redeemable for any future purchase on our website.

📌 If no refund method is selected, KINKO will automatically process the refund based on your previous refund preferences.

📌 Orders paid using a KINKO Gift Card will be refunded as a gift card by default.

⏱️ Refund Processing Times

After your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on the selected refund method and your payment provider:

🎁 Digital Gift Card – up to 24 hours
👛 KINKO Wallet – up to 24 hours
💠 PayPal – 1–5 business days
💳 Credit / Debit Card – 3–15 business days, depending on your bank, card issuer, and region

🔐 Expired or Inactive Payment Cards

For security reasons, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If your card has expired or is no longer active, please contact your bank or card issuer directly.
They will be able to redirect the refunded amount to your new or alternate account.

👛 Checking Your KINKO Wallet Balance

You can view your wallet balance at any time by logging into your account and navigating to:

My Account → My Wallet

Wallet funds may be used for future purchases or, upon request, transferred back to the original payment method, subject to eligibility and payment provider limitations.

🧾 What Is an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number)?

When a refund to a credit or debit card is completed, some banks generate an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number).

The ARN:

  • Appears on your refund details page

  • Is sent to your registered email address

If your refund does not appear within the expected timeframe, you may provide the ARN to your bank to help track the transaction.

💵 Why Is My Refund Amount Lower Than Expected?

In some cases, the refunded amount may be slightly lower than the original payment due to:

💸 Refunds calculated based on the actual amount paid, excluding discounts, promotions, or temporary offers

KINKO works exclusively with verified suppliers and production facilities; however, return eligibility, conditions, and timelines may vary by product, category, supplier, or manufacturing location.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived in the customer’s country of residence:

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to purchases, refunds, returns, cancellations, supplier policies, or this Refund Policy
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States,
and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the State of Idaho, USA.
