Once your return has been approved by the KINKO support team and the relevant supplier, you can choose one of the following refund methods
๐ณ Refund to Original Payment Method โ The amount will be refunded to the same credit or debit card used for the purchase
๐ KINKO Wallet Credit โ The amount will be added to your personal wallet on our website for future use with no expiration date
๐ Digital Gift Card โ Receive your refund as a KINKO digital gift card, redeemable for any future purchase on our website
If you donโt select a refund method, KINKO will automatically process the refund based on your previous refund preferences
Note: Orders paid using a KINKO Gift Card will be refunded as a Gift Card by default
Once your refund has been processed, youโll receive an email confirmation
The time for the refund to appear depends on the refund method and your payment provider

For security reasons, all refunds are made only to the original payment method
If your card has expired or is no longer active, please contact your bank or card issuer directly
They can credit the funds to your new or replacement account
You can view your wallet balance at any time by visiting My Account โ My Wallet on our website
Wallet funds can be used for future purchases or transferred back to your original payment method upon request
When a refund to a debit or credit card is completed, some banks generate an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number)
This number will appear on your refund details page and will also be sent to your email
If your refund hasnโt arrived within the expected timeframe, share the ARN with your bank to track the transaction status

All refunds are issued in the original purchase currency at the exchange rate valid on the transaction date
