  • 🇨🇳 China / Bangladesh – typically 5–20 business days

  • 🇨🇦 Canada (Beauty & Skincare Products) – typically 7–21 business days

  • 🇪🇺 Europe – typically 5–18 business days

  • 🇺🇸 United States – typically 5–15 business days

📌 Delivery times may vary due to customer location, seasonal demand, holidays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or delays beyond the control of KINKO or shipping carriers.

📦 Split Shipments & Tracking

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple separate packages, depending on supplier warehouse locations.

  • Once shipped, customers receive tracking numbers for online monitoring.

  • Delivery times may differ between items in the same order.

💼 Taxes, Duties & Import Fees – DDP Policy

All orders placed on the KINKO website are shipped under
DDP – Delivered Duty Paid terms.

This means:

  • KINKO fully covers all applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees under the laws of the destination country.

  • Customers will not be required to pay additional taxes or customs charges upon delivery.

  • Prices displayed at checkout are final, transparent, and all-inclusive.

📌 If a customer is contacted by a carrier or authority requesting additional payment contrary to this policy, the customer must notify KINKO immediately and refrain from making payment.
KINKO will resolve the matter directly with the relevant party.

📌 All return or exchange requests must be submitted exclusively through KINKO’s automated returns system.

🧾 How to Submit a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to “My Orders” on the KINKO website

  2. Select the relevant order and item

  3. Choose the reason for return or exchange

  4. Select the preferred refund method:

    • 👛 Credit to KINKO Wallet

    • 🎁 Physical KINKO Gift Card

  5. Submit the request through the system

❗ Requests not submitted through the automated system or not following instructions will not be processed.

Once approved, customers receive an official confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp with next steps.

Product responsibility, return eligibility, cancellation rights, and handling procedures may vary depending on the supplier from which the product was shipped, subject to:

  • Applicable law

  • The supplier’s official return policy

  • KINKO’s Returns & Exchanges Policy as published on the website

📌 All supplier warranty and return terms are fully transparent and are disclosed in the Returns Policy, product pages, and/or during the order and return process.

📦 CJ Dropshipping

  • Returns accepted within 30 days from delivery

  • Eligible for defective, incorrect, or non-conforming items only

  • Subject to supplier inspection and approval

👗 Trendsi

  • Returns accepted within 30 days from delivery

  • Subject to prior approval and condition inspection

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging

💄 Via Glamour Dropshipping (Beauty & Cosmetics)

  • International beauty supplier

  • No returns for opened or used cosmetic products, in accordance with supplier policy and applicable law

  • Returns or exchanges permitted only for defective, expired, or incorrectly supplied items, subject to supplier approval


👜 Branvas

  • No returns or exchanges for products supplied by Branvas, except in the following cases only:

    • Defective product received

    • Product not received

  • All requests require:

    • Contacting KINKO Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)

    • Submission of clear photos of the product, packaging, and/or proof of non-delivery, as applicable

  • Any refund, exchange, or credit is processed:

    • Only upon supplier approval

    • In accordance with KINKO’s Returns Policy

    • Subject to applicable law in the customer’s country

📌 Returns due to size, personal preference, taste, change of mind, or partial use are not permitted for this supplier.

👕 Fashion Clothing Dropshipping (FondMart)

Returns, cancellations, and refunds for items supplied via FondMart are handled in accordance with FondMart’s official Return Policy, subject to KINKO’s policy:

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment if not yet shipped

  • Cancellations after 24 hours but before shipment may be subject to handling fees

  • Customized items cannot be canceled

🔄 Approved Return Reasons

  • Incorrect item shipped (size / color / model)

  • Defective, damaged, or expired product

  • Missing items or non-conforming order

📌 Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

📦 “No Longer Needed” Returns

  • Return requests accepted within 7 days of delivery

⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy, the Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising from or related to the KINKO website or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts of the State of Idaho, USA.
